Damage Deposit: A security deposit is required for each villa and the amount will be specified on your rental contract. Deposits range from $250-$1,000 depending on the property and are fully refundable upon successful inspection of the villa post-departure. Deposit will be held for up to 10 days after check-out. Any damages will be noted and informed in writing.
Reservation Payments: 50% of total reservation shall be rendered at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds are provided. However, rescheduling is allowed within 12 months of the original check-in. Please speak to your Travel Specialist for special circumstances.
Re-Scheduling: Confirmed rentals can be re-scheduled provided that re-schedule request is submitted at least 60 days prior to check-in date. Deposits will be transferred to the new date. Any rate increase will be paid by renter prior to new check-in date. The renter must re-schedule within 60 days from date of cancellation or deposit will be lost. Please speak to your Travel Specialist for special circumstances.

Villa Mirador has three floors, with bedrooms on each level. The entry level of the villa provides the common areas. The drive-in garage is fully enclosed, and from here you can enter the home, walking directly into the spacious common areas of the home; the kitchen, dining area, living room, with access to outdoor balconies and terraces. There is also a full bath on this level, and one bedroom with a queen bed and terrace access. As the swimming pool is split between this level and the floor below, with a waterslide to connect them, you are able to step out onto the terrace, get into the pool and whizz down the slide to where the swim-up bar is below, complete with a covered rancho.
The Master Suite and two other Guest Suites are upstairs. The Master has a king bed, private bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The additional Guest Suites on this level share a bathroom and each have one queen size bed. Downstairs from the common areas of the home is the final Guest Suite with two king beds and a large bathroom. A wrap-around balcony leads from these bedrooms up a few steps to the pool and patio. On this floor you will also find the laundry room.
All of the bedrooms at Villa Mirador have excellent views and an in-room personal security safe.
