Damage Deposit: A security deposit is required for each villa and the amount will be specified on your rental contract. Deposits range from $250-$1,000 depending on the property and are fully refundable upon successful inspection of the villa post-departure. Deposit will be held for up to 10 days after check-out. Any damages will be noted and informed in writing.

Reservation Payments: 50% of total reservation shall be rendered at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in date.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds are provided. However, rescheduling is allowed within 12 months of the original check-in. Please speak to your Travel Specialist for special circumstances.

Re-Scheduling: Confirmed rentals can be re-scheduled provided that re-schedule request is submitted at least 60 days prior to check-in date. Deposits will be transferred to the new date. Any rate increase will be paid by renter prior to new check-in date. The renter must re-schedule within 60 days from date of cancellation or deposit will be lost. Please speak to your Travel Specialist for special circumstances.

Villa Vigia is a warm, elegant, Mediterranean style home the perfectly complements the surrounding beauty. Located on a private and quiet coastal point, the estate is accessed by a long private driveway, lined with bamboo, tropical palms and flowering heliconias. From the Villa, you´ll see postcard-worthy views of the main beach and Manuel Antonio National Park

The home has an old world, ‘ageless’ feel, like a Mediterranean citadel. At the end of a short flight of steps is the wrought iron gate that welcomes you to Villa Vigia. The entrance brings you to the foyer, with a fifty-foot arched ceiling, culminating in a cupola. To the left is the living room and to the right is the dining room. Above, a curved staircase leads to three bedrooms, each with its own private balcony. Straight ahead, a portal takes you to the pool area, surrounded by forest.
